Betta Fish Spotlight: Phineas the Fish

Phineas is a Walmart baby. He is a blue, black, and purple crowntail who wears his crown like the king that he is!

He is one of four Davenport betta fish; he has two brothers, Pebble and Misha, and one sister, Sha're. He loves his elephant and his castle, and he doesn't flare much...but when he does...Rah!

Phineas says "Rah!!"

Phineas, aka Phinny, likes to rest at the top of his tank. Because of his color, he can be hard to find, and even harder to photograph.

I asked Phinny's mom (my mom) what her favorite thing about him was, and she said is was "His pointy nose."

In addition, she said that went she saw him at the Walmart, she just knew, "He needed me."

Phineas is a wonderful addition to the family. He is especially close to his mom, and he knows his girls--but doesn't really know his dad, who doesn't visit the tanks often. But that will change!!

Phinny is also involved in @4_bettas, as he is one of the four. He has his own highlighted story, posts about his elephant, and enjoys hiding from the camera.

We have had him since September 2nd, 2017, and he has been nothing but awesome ever since!!
